Winter Updates! Hello to all of our supporters! Thank you for your patience as it has been a little while since our last newsletter. We are thrilled to bring you some updates and share the progress we've made over the past few months! Our team has been working tirelessly to prepare the building for opening and to be able to welcome clients. Here's what we've been up to: - Painted the outside of the building
- Finished drywall inside and painted walls
- Ordered new doors,
installed new door frames
- Electrical inspection complete
- HVAC inspection complete
- Tiled bathroom and installed
toilet
- Installed all the switches and outlets
- Put ceiling tiles in
- Picked out blinds for all the windows
- Starting to install new flooring (just this week!)
- Design team researching and looking at furniture, decor, and more to get the whole building prepped for clients
- With each of these tasks complete, among many other little things, we are moving closer to the reality of opening our doors. We do not have an opening date yet, but as soon as we do, we will be so excited to share that with all of you!

Board of Directors Update - Board of Directors and Governing Board- We continue to seek volunteers and individuals who want to be a part of our board of directors or our governing board. - Our board members continue to focus on their individual duties and help move things forward. We are so appreciative of our board members Jana Sunberg and Randy Hunter, and their spouses, who have been putting in hours of physical labor at the center over the past several months. The investment of time and love being poured into this building is incredible and we are so thankful for the team we
have!
Financial Update - We
continue to receive donations for our construction funds account specifically, and that has helped keep things moving as project expenses arise. We will need to continue to raise funds to cover the renovations of the building. If you would like to donate to this project, you can do so in a couple of ways. At the bottom of this newsletter is a link to our website to donate electronically. There is also information on how to mail a check. Thank you for your consideration!
- As of 02/06/2023, our construction funds account was at $45,490.30. This number fluctuates as we use the funds toward supplies and the overall project. Our next board meeting is on 3/12/24 and we will have updated numbers then.
- Aside from the construction fund, we will continually be raising money for our general fund as well. This helps us with everything else for Hope First that is not construction related. As we grow, the importance of monthly donors will be critical in order for us to cover monthly operating costs, including hiring and paying staff members. We appreciate those who have committed to this, and for those of you prayerfully considering it. We have been incredibly blessed by all
the support. It is humbling and we continue to see God's hand in everything. Thank you!
Community Partners - We appreciate our community partners sharing the word about Hope First. We have seen the Facebook posts and/or heard the announcements churches make. We thank you for this! It is humbling to see our community come together to help others learn about our organization and what we are here to do.

Option #3- Amazon WishList During the March for Life, Heartbeat International partnered with them to do a nationwide Donation Drive for pregnancy centers. We created a wishlist on Amazon and were featured on their website under Colorado! What an amazing thing! We received a couple items we needed and are very thankful to those who donated. If you feel so led, you can share this list on your social media, with your family and friends, or with your

Prayer Requests and Praises Pray for our future clients and families who will walk through our doors. Pray for our team as we continue to work on the building, raise funds, and take things one step at a time, trusting in God's timing and provision. Pray for our Board of Directors to have the perseverance to continue to follow God’s leading as He guides us in every way. We PRAISE God for those joining our board, partnering with our center, praying for us, and spreading the word. We are so very
