Holiday Updates! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Hope First! We hope you all
had a wonderful Thanksgiving and have been enjoying this holiday season as we approach the end of the year. 2022 has been an exciting year for us as we move closer to making the dream of opening a family resource center a reality. We are excited for 2023 and all the things to come. But for now, we are focused on reflecting and remembering the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
This is a wonderful time to quiet our hearts and focus on the true reason for the season. We pray you have a blessed time with family and friends as you also take the time to celebrate the birth of Jesus. "Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel (which means, God with us)" -Matthew 1:23 "And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord." -Luke 2:10-11 |
End of Year Giving As you and your family consider where to make year end, charitable donations, we humbly ask and thank you for
considering Hope First Family Resource Center. We continue to work toward planning for renovations on our building, raising funds to purchase furniture, equipment, and supplies, and hire a director and office admin for the center. Your donation will go toward all of this and more as we work toward being a fully open center. This past week we had a
client call seeking a pregnancy test and ultrasound. The word is getting out that we are in the area and we can't wait until the day we will be able to say, "Yes, please come in!". For now, we are thankful for other partners in the area that we can refer potential clients to. Thank you in advance for your consideration. You can find the links for

How to Help Raise Funds in 2023! Option #1- Kings Soopers Community Rewards Program If you have a Kings Soopers grocery card, you can link your card to Hope First and we will receive a percentage back when you shop! In the past couple of months, as more people have signed up for the program, we have gotten approximately $100! Every little bit helps! To link a card, you can log into your account at www.kingsoopers.com. Go to “My Account” under your name on the top right. Click on Community Rewards on the left navigation. Search for Hope First Family Resource Center by name
or use this ID- II976. Click enroll! That’s it! Option #2- Seven Weeks Coffee partnership We have joined the partnership program with Seven Weeks Coffee. Prayer Requests and Praises Pray as we seek a center director and an admin to staff our center. Pray for those considering joining our team in a medical capacity. Pray for our Board of Directors to have the perseverance to continue to follow God’s leading as He guides us in every way!
